Folsom Boulevard lofts available to students in fall

Students next semester will be able to live near campus for relatively cheap, thanks to a 15-year lease signed today.
The Upper East Side Lofts, located at Folsom Boulevard and 65th Avenue, has 220 apartments, according to an article in the Sacramento Business Journal. Each apartment will have two beds, granite countertops, laundry and a balcony. The complex also has a pool and a fitness center, University Enterprises Inc. President Matt Altier said to the Sacramento Business Journal.
"For the students, it will be Club Med," Altier said.
According to a press release, 440 students will be able to move into these lofts. The lofts will only be available students, and first-year students will not be allowed.
