A Sacramento State grad plans to sell her virginity off through an online auction.
The 21-year-old, who said she is using the pseudonym Natalie Dylan for safety reasons, was interviewed on the Howard Stern radio show today.
"We live in a capitalist society," Dylan said on the show. "Why shouldn't I be allowed to capitalize on my virginity?"
Dennis Hof, owner of the Nevada brothel Moonlite Bunny Ranch, brought Dylan to Stern's attention. Hof said that the auction will be conducted through the Bunny Ranch website.
Dylan is willing to submit to both a polygraph test and a gynecological examination to verify the authenticity of her chastity. She said that she's pursuing the idea because of debt incurred when her father allegedly took out student loans in her name.
According to the Daily Mail, Dylan earned her bachelor's degree in women's studies from Sacramento State and said she plans to use the money to finance her post-graduate studies in marriage and family therapy.
"I understand some people may condemn me. But I think this is empowering. I'm using what I have to better myself," Dylan said.

Um....what?
Seriously....what?
I'm even more surprised that she's a women's studies major. Either way...
At 22, she's held on to her virginity this long and she's just going to auction it off to the highest bidder?
I know there are women out there that will do something strange for some change but uh. (Continued…)

As a Sac State alum, I can't tell you how proud I am of the reputation our school has been receiving...ummm...no.
Last time I checked, I believe that sex in exchange for money was called prostitution. (Continued…)

What is the difference between a hooker and a girl who has sex with a guy on the third date? Nothing..The guy is still paying for it.
Anyone condemning this girl better be blameless and what do I mean by blameless? Last time I checked our society was telling young people to embrace their sexuality and have it all the time (but by being safe ofcourse, condoms etc. (Continued…)

People who say she has the right to do this are correct...but free will works in both directions. Sac State students, alumni, and faculty have the right to chastise her as a slut who is bringing negative publicity to the university and women her age. (Continued…)
