DUI arrest made near Mendocino

Campus police arrested two men near Mendocino Hall today around 3:30 p.m.
The two men were pulled over while driving east down University State Drive.
"He (the officer) was in the process of giving some sobriety tests when the passenger fled," said Sgt. Kelly Clark.
The officer pursued him, resulting in a struggle. More campus police were called to assist.
The passenger, Leroy Test, was arrested for resisting an officer and violated probation.
The driver, Fred Taylor, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and unlawful weapon possession.
Neither men are students at Sacramento State.
